At the ArkLaTex Safety Council, we appreciate both your business and the trust you have placed in us.  We are committed to protecting the personal information that we obtain from you during the course of conducting our business.  Please know that we do not sell your personal information.  In order to provide services and training to you, we are required to collect personal data.  Our information privacy policy, detailed in this statement, serves as the standard for our employees in the collection, use, sharing, retention, and security of your individual personal information.

We collect nonpublic information about you that is provided to us by you or obtained buy us from third parties with your express permission.

For current and former clients, we do not disclose any nonpublic personal information obtained in the course of our business except as permitted or required by law.  Permitted disclosures include providing information to our employees, and in limited situations, to unrelated third parties who need to know that information to assist us in providing services to you.  In all such circumstances, we stress the confidential nature of information being shared.

Protecting the Confidentiality and Security of Current and Former Client’s Information

We retain the records relating to services that we provide so that we are better able to assist you with your professional needs and to comply with legal regulations and professional guidelines.  In order to guard your nonpublic personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with both legal and company standards.
